We audited GoodJob’s existing user flows and developed a roll-out strategy for how we could optimize the existing user experience and user interface, end-to-end – without causing disruption for current users. Our team started with sign-up and onboarding and almost eliminated drop-off. We then focused on creating more usable and actionable dashboards, profiles, and job boards. We created a "swipe to match" tool, making the app more engaging and gamified, while also allowing the ai tool to learn and leverage data on likes and dislikes to better match in the future. Honk increased the usability score by 30 points.
