The Challenge
ExploreSEToyota.com had been built and iterated on by multiple teams since launch, leading to inconsistencies across UX, accessibility, and design. As the site expanded, user flows became fragmented, forms varied by section, and navigation complexity increased, making it harder for new and returning customers to find vehicles, offers, and dealers easily.
Toyota Southeast needed a comprehensive UX audit and a scalable design system to modernize their digital ecosystem and ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.



Our Approach
We began with a deep UX and accessibility audit—analyzing key user journeys including inventory browsing, vehicle detail pages, dealer search, and form submissions. Using heatmaps, usability testing, and heuristic evaluation, we identified friction points in navigation, form completion, and mobile responsiveness.
From there, we moved into end-to-end redesign and design system development, collaborating closely with Toyota’s engineering and product teams to implement improvements sitewide.
