The Challenge

EndoML is an AI-powered gastroenterology platform built on the EndoDINO foundation model. Its mission: to help clinicians and researchers train and deploy custom AI models on endoscopy data—without writing a single line of code.

While the technology was groundbreaking, the user experience was highly technical and not accessible to non-developers. EndoML needed a partner to transform complex AI workflows into a human-centered, intuitive product experience, while also unifying its brand and go-to-market story.

Our Approach

We partnered with the EndoML team to lead the comprehensive UX strategy, interface design, and marketing refresh—bridging the gap between medical research and accessible AI tools.

What We Did

Product Design & UX Architecture: mapped complex data workflows and simplified model training, evaluation, and deployment into intuitive user flows.
UI Design for AI Tools: built interfaces that make model creation, annotation, and visualization seamless for clinicians.
Prototyping & Motion Design: developed interactive demos and animations to visualize AI model performance and platform workflows.
Brand Refresh: updated identity, color systems, and visual hierarchy to convey scientific credibility with modern simplicity.
Marketing & Demo Collateral: produced investor-ready pitch visuals, web content, and launch assets for conferences and product demos.
